Skinny latte recipe

The brewing method of the skinny latte is almost the same as that used to make traditional latte. However, it requires skimmed milk instead of whole milk for brewing. Usually, it doesn’t add any sugar to get a less-calorie drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Nonfat milk
  • 2 cup espresso

Instructions
 

  • Brew two espresso shots, either in an espresso machine or a coffee maker
  • Steam the non-fat milk until you get microbubbles at the top
  • Pour steamed milk into the large glass, making sure foamed milk is left behind with the help of a spoon
  • Let the steamed milk settle for a few seconds
  • Now gently pour two espresso shots into the glass of steamed milk
  • topped it with thin foamed milk
  • A glass is ready to serve

Notes

Nonfat milk makes sure that you get fewer calories and low fat. Also, you can use ice cubes to make it a cold drink.
