  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • Make two espresso shots to get a doppio drink; preferably, use an espresso machine for better results
  • Let your doppio drink cool down for a few minutes
  • Pick up a medium-sized glass
  • Add ice cubes to the glass
  • Pour the doppio shot into the glass of iced cubes
  • Optionally, add extra flavors to make your coffee sweet and creamy
  • An ice doppio is ready to serve

Notes

This drink is highly customizable; add milk or cream after adding espresso shots.
