If you crave something flavorful and delicious in your favorite latte, there are so many options that you can look into. Latte coffee is a delight in that you can experiment with different flavors. One such option, and one of my favorites, is the Biscoff latte.
A Biscoff latte is prepared with espresso shots, whole milk, and Biscoff spread, and optionally, a Biscoff topping. It tastes sweeter, creamier and spicier. You can add more Biscoff spread to make it tastier and sweeter.

First, what is Biscoff?
What is Biscoff?
Biscoff is a type of caramelized cookie, mixed with spiced cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Biscoff cookie is branded for its crunchy, creamy, and sweet taste. Many brands have Biscoff in their list of items, you can pick any brand. Also, many people call it speculoos.
To add it to the latte, the Biscoff cookie is crushed and made available in the spread. You can also use spread in other beverages and bread.

How to make a Biscoff latte?
You can brew this flavor at home by following the instructions.
Ingredients
- Whole milk
- 1 or 2 Espresso shots
- Biscoff spread
Instructions
- Put Biscoff into the glass
Add two tablespoons of biscoff spread at the bottom of the glass. You can add one tbsp. Instead of two.
- Prepare espresso shots
Make one or two espresso shots depending on your preference or you can add one cup of brewed coffee instead of espresso. However, I make two espresso shots for this flavor.
Pour espresso shots into the glass of biscoff glass.
- Prepare steamed milk
Whole milk is a better option to make steamed milk. A steam wand gives the flawless steamed milk. In case you don’t have the wand, you can use any available method to steam the milk. Always remember a good latte needs a good steamed milk at the top.
Pour steamed milk into the glass.
- Topping with Biscoff crumbs
In the last step, pour the biscoff crumbs at the top to get an aesthetic appearance and taste. Or crush Biscoff cookies for garnish.

Notes
Biscoff latte taste
It has a combination of the strong pungent flavor of espresso, the sweeter smoother taste of Biscoff spread, and the creamier milkier flavor of steamed milk.
We know latte always has a sweeter creamier and slight bitterness with espresso. When we add Biscoff spreads it gives a smoother and slight caramelized sweetness.

In the summer season, you can add iced cubes to get the delightful, delicious, and refreshing taste biscoff latte. The iced biscoff latte has a similar brewing process, but adding iced cubes makes it cold coffee.
Add iced cubes into the glass first and pour biscoff spreads on the top of iced cubes. Now pour cold espresso shots followed by whole milk.
Biscoff latte Starbucks
This coffee flavor isn’t on the list of Starbucks menu throughout the year. You can order a customized latte with a biscoff cookie. Or order a crushed biscoff with a traditional latte.
It usually consists of a syrup made from Biscoff cookie butter, which gives the drink its mark of caramelized, cinnamon-sweet flavor. It is also available hot or iced and is often topped with whipped cream and a scattering of cookie crumbs for added texture and aroma.

Nothing can beat the taste, creaminess, and deep-browned caramel flavor of this ultimate drink. The more you add crushed biscoff cookies, the better and delicious the taste. However, keep in mind the high calories that this drink contains.
